"Gem on the Rocks" Cocktail Recipe
May “agate” you a drink? ;) This geode inspired cocktail is gin-based and gleams like a gem! It adds an unexpected pop of color to any party and perfectly complements our geode party decorations, which you can check out here! Its light and bubbly finish is also perfect for a warm Spring or Summer day!

INGREDIENTS
✔ 2 ounces of Fid Street Gin
✔ 1/2 ounce of Blue Curacao Liqueur
✔ 4 ounces of Sparkling Coconut Water with Yuzu (available at Trader Joe's)
✔ A squeeze of Lime Juice
SERVE: Rocks glass our over ice
GARNISH: Lime slice on a cocktail skewer
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine Gin, Blue Curacao and Lime Juice in a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes. Fill your rocks glass with ice then pour in the mixed alcohol from your shaker and add the sparking coconut water last. Garnish with a lime slice on a cocktail skewer and serve.
